- Common. iDeveloperNetwork
guarantees that a product final version complies fully
with initial Customer's specifications. Final version
is exposed to three stages of testing; therefore the product
released to a Customer is of very high quality.
- 60 days cost-free bug fixing.
iDeveloperNetwork offers to Customers 60 days (after release
to a Customer of his/her product final version), when
all bugs found by the Customer are fixed free of charge.
Releasing itself is also coordinated with the Customer,
and is possible only after Customer's ensures, that work
is completed, but if Customer then meets problems during
next 60 days, iDeveloperNetwork fixes them for free.
- Cost-free consultations.
After expiration of this period, iDeveloperNetwork might
provide to a Customer short cost-free consultations on
the project (concerning source code, etc.), if it is possible
for the Company.
- Product support.
If necessary, iDeveloperNetwork will offer to a Customer
paid support services for created product, like modification
of the product and creation of successive versions, product
setup, customization, and administration at the Customer's
servers, end user support.
- Support team. Bug
fixing and product support are carried out by the same
specialists which participated in the project development
group; therefore, such tasks are fulfilled with maximum
speed and quality.
